Printing techniques

Digital printing

Type of direct printing in which the print files are transferred onto the support directly, without the presence of other media.
Digital printing allows you to obtain full colors with all shades, sharp details and excellent color rendering and with the use of UV varnishes it offers high quality prints on a wide range of materials with a reduced environmental impact.

Sublimation printing

This technology is especially used for customizing polyester fabric, pre-treated materials based on polyester and nylon used to create many communication applications.
Sublimation printing offers high-resolution images with sharp details for full colors and various shades, resistance to washing and fading.

Screen printing

Permeographic printing technique which today uses a polyester fabric, a steel fabric or a nylon fabric as a matrix stretched over an aluminum, painted metal or wooden frame called a "screen printing frame" or "screen printing frame".
Screen printing is a versatile, economical and long-lasting technique, capable of producing high-quality images in spot colors on a wide range of materials and surfaces. Its ability to adapt to different production needs and offer special effects makes screen printing a popular choice for many commercial, industrial and artistic applications.

Laser engraving

Surface transformation process of a material capable of generating a permanent shade on it through interaction with laser.
Laser engraving provides high precision and detail of logos, versatility for use on different materials, processing speed, durability over time and chemical and physical resistance.

Tampography

Indirect printing process, which allows you to reproduce, in a simple way and with high fidelity and resolution, drawings, writings and decorations both on flat surfaces and on concave, convex or otherwise irregular surfaces.
Tampographie is a very versatile and precise printing technology, capable of adapting to different production and material needs, offering high printing quality for spot color logos, production efficiency and competitive costs.

Technical transfer

It is based on heating of certain points of the print head, which transfers the ink from the ribbon to the surface of the material to be printed with extreme precision.
Technical transfer printing offers a combination of high quality, versatility, affordability and ease of use for logos with multiple colors and varied tones, making it an excellent choice for a wide range of applications in fabric decoration and personalization.
